Derik newR design

For those who don't know, this is Derik the demon boy- human- thing...not hybrid..
i'd say he's about 19 in this picture.
For those whom be ignorant, this is Derik as in that unfinished book, unfinished book as in 'the underground', the underground and associated characters C in circle

Haven't legit'ly worked on a full illustration of him in ages, which is a shame because he is one of my favorites to draw.
So this was the picture I mentioned making yesturds on my journal, he's got a body though, this picture was more of an extended sketch. one that just jappens to go on and on, like my writing. This was going to be the first picture that would show his home-made metal claws that one could rant about, so I give this in hopes that I will be able to finish it without feeling ashamed of not sticking close to life or my imagination.


I read this and all I see is crap.
