Filthy Cheney

I had this linework mildly cleaned, and it shows.
This is something I did for a meme, I'll probably finish it, color it and slap it into the meme as it was intended to be- but for now I like it as it is, the meme fulfilled it's promise and temporarily cured me from the block, I had fun just not caring about anatomical proportions around half way sketching this thing. Sooner or later he will be grasping a chain, thus his friends call him 'Cheney"
